Drug Interactions With Timolol

If you use certain medications in combination with timolol, drug interactions could occur. Some of these interactions can lead to potentially serious complications, such as dangerously low blood pressure or a dangerously slow heart rate. Certain calcium channel blockers, clonidine, digoxin, and epinephrine are among the medications that may react negatively with timolol.
