Ranibizumab (Cont.)

What If I Take an Overdose of Ranibizumab?

An overdose of ranibizumab is unlikely, since it is injected by your healthcare provider and an entire vial of ranibizumab contains just one dose.

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Ranibizumab?

If you do not receive a ranibizumab injection as scheduled, contact your healthcare provider as soon as is possible and convenient. The medication works best if it is taken on a monthly basis, and missing doses may decrease its effectiveness.
