Overdose Information

As with any medication, it is possible to use too much Zymaxid. An overdose is unlikely to be particularly dangerous, however. Even so, it is still a good idea to seek immediate medical attention if you or someone else may have taken an overdose.

What Should I Do If I Forget a Dose?

If you forget to use a dose of Zymaxid, use it as soon as you remember and then continue with your regular schedule. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the one you missed and continue with your regular schedule. Do not use a double dose of this medicine.

How Should Zymaxid Be Stored?

Store Zymaxid at room temperature, in its original container, away from heat and light. Do not allow the medication to freeze. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets.

Available Strengths

Zymaxid comes in one strength and form: Zymaxid 0.5% ophthalmic solution.

Can I Buy Generic Zymaxid?
