Were you looking for information about Zymar? Zymor is a common misspelling of Zymar.
If you have a case of "pink eye" (medically known as conjunctivitis), your healthcare provider may prescribe an antibiotic eye drop called Zymar® (gatifloxacin). This medication is typically used between four and eight times a day -- the exact amount your healthcare provider recommends will depend on the severity of your infection. The typical course of treatment lasts seven days.
Although you may start to feel better before finishing your prescription, it's important to keep taking it until your course of treatment is complete. This will help make sure your infection is truly gone and help prevent antibiotic resistance.
