As with any medication, it is possible to use too much Restasis. The exact effects of an overdose of Restasis are unknown. If you or someone else may have taken an overdose of this medication, seek immediate medical attention.
If you forget to use a dose of Restasis, use it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, simply skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose.
How Should Restasis Be Stored?
Unopened Restasis vials should be stored at room temperature. Opened vials should be disposed of immediately after use. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets.
This medication is only available in one strength -- Restasis 0.05% Emulsion. It is packaged in single-use vials and available in prepackaged trays that contain 30 vials.
Can I Buy Generic Restasis?
