An overdose with this medication is not expected to be particularly dangerous. However, as with any medication, it is important to seek medical attention if you or someone else may have taken too much Prolensa.
If you forget your Prolensa dose, just use the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, however, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not use two doses.
How Should This Medicine Be Stored?
Prolensa should be stored at room temperature. Keep the cap on the bottle, tightly closed, when not in use. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets.
Prolensa comes in one strength and form: Prolensa 0.07% solution eye drops. It is available in a 1.6-mL and a 3-mL bottle.
Can I Buy Generic Prolensa?
