Eyes Home > Drug Interactions With Mitomycin Ophthalmic

Mitomycin ophthalmic (Mitosol®) does not have any known drug interactions. However, you should always tell your healthcare provider about all of the products you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription drugs, vitamins, and supplements.

Although there are no known mitomycin ophthalmic interactions at this point, it is important to understand that this drug has not been tested with all other medications. Therefore, drug interactions may be discovered in the future.

Drug interactions with mitomycin ophthalmic are less of a concern, compared with other medications, because mitomycin ophthalmic is not used on an ongoing basis; it is used as a one-time treatment during eye surgery.
