Other eye drops (including NSAID eye drops) and certain other drugs can potentially cause interactions with latanoprost. These products can make latanoprost less effective or may cause a precipitate to form. Bimatoprost and latanoprost are very similar medications both used to treat high eye pressure and glaucoma. Interestingly, using them together can make them less effective and may actually increase eye pressure. These medications should not be used together.
