Brimonidine/timolol (Combigan®) is a prescription eye drop used to lower eye pressure. It contains two separate active ingredients: brimonidine (an alpha agonist) and timolol (a beta blocker). This product is generally used when just one medication alone is not effective enough for controlling eye pressure.
