Recovery From Catarac Surgery

Were you looking for information about what to expect After Cataract Surgery? Recovery from catarac surgery is a common misspelling and variation of after cataract surgery.

Once your cataract surgery is complete, you will be moved to a recovery room until you have recovered enough to go home. You should make arrangements to have someone drive you home -- you will not be able to see well enough to drive immediately after the procedure. Depending on whether a numbing injection was used, you may have a patch on your eye. Once you get home, your recovery from cataract surgery should then involve rest for the remainder of the day. Be sure to apply your eye drops as directed. You may notice your vision improving within a few hours. It will not be perfect at this time, but your recovery from cataract surgery will likely be relatively quick.
