Drug Interactions With Brinzolamide

Other Eye Medications
If you use other eye medications, make sure to separate your dose of brinzolamide and your dose of the other medication(s) by at least 10 minutes.
There have been rare reports of serious drug interactions (resulting in serious problems) in people taking high-dose salicylates and oral carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. The risk of such problems is probably extremely small for brinzolamide (as it is given as an eye drop), especially if combined with low or normal doses of salicylates.
