Blepharitis Treatment

Final Thoughts

For most people, blepharitis is a chronic (long-lasting) condition. There currently is no cure for it. Fortunately, vision is not affected by this condition.

The goal of blepharitis treatment is to minimize symptoms and their affect on a person's life. In most cases, the right method will reduce symptoms. Blepharitis does tend to recur, however, and symptoms can change over time. Therefore, people with this condition should continue to work with their eye care professional to find the treatment that works best for them.
